What is the daily spend limit on my debit card?
There are two limits on your debit card: $500 per day for purchases and $200 per day for ATM withdrawals. In the event you need these temporarily changed, call the customer service team at your local branch.
At what age can I open a checking account?
With a responsible adult (at least 18 years old) on the account with you, you may open a checking account and have a debit card at the age of 13.
Do I need to contact the bank if I’m traveling overseas?
If you plan to use your debit card while traveling abroad, yes you will need to contact the bank before you leave. This helps us ensure your security.
What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
Call 1-800-610-6712 immediately to report a lost or stolen card. Once you have done that, call your local branch to order a replacement card.
What is the standard FDIC insurance coverage?
FDIC insurance covers $250,000 per depositor at CenBank. This amount can increase depending on a few factors. To learn more, visit www.edie.fdic.gov.
